Xflow is hiring for its Partnerships Lead, who will be responsible for building and growing the partnerships function at Xflow working closely with bank and non bank partners. You will be responsible for helping unlock solutions for our users by working with partners to bring the best of their products to our users. Experience of working with financial partners is needed to succeed at this role. Knowledge of payment products and FX markets is good to have.
This role will be primarily based out of our Bangalore office.
This is a critical role which shall shape the products and User experiences Xflow will be able to power. The role will also require you to build deep relationships across leading bank and non bank financial partners.
What will you do
Manage, lead, and develop relationships with strategic financial partners to support Xflow's overall business as an end-to-end cross border payments platform
Be the bridge between financial partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects
Coordinate processes with prospective partners and project-manage internal stakeholders through commercial and legal negotiations and on-boarding with new partners
Work closely with internal product and user facing teams to synthesize creatively what we will need from our financial partners
Work closely with engineering teams to act as the coordinating point of contact for setting up integrations and ongoing management of the same with financial partners
Who you are
Excited by the prospect of building a new age technology first cross border payments platform
6+ years of experience in working in financial services and /or partnerships role in fintech
Excel in stakeholder management including navigating difficult situations, negotiating commercials, and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Have strong collaboration, communication, and relationship building skills and are able to convey complex ideas succinctly to all audiences
Have project management experience and a proven track record for building and scaling from the ground up
Have prior experience of working with technology partners/technology companies building integration with financial partners
Have attention to detail and can traverse from relationship conversations to minute integration details when working with financial partners/stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience of working on fast paced environments/start ups
Knowledge of Fx markets and payment products like cards, alternative payment methods
