Graphic Designer

We are looking for a mid level graphic designer to join our design team. 

The right candidate would:

1. Use and evolve Xflow’s brand language (Reference: https://www.xflowpay.com/blog) to design 

   1. Illustrations

   2. Landing pages

   3. Social posts - Static and motion graphics

   4. Micro animations

   5. Other marketing collateral

2. Ensure brand language, consistency and design direction is maintained for across deliverables

3. Have strong attention to detail

4. Collaborate across design, marketing, product or more functions to align the deliverables to overarching business strategies.

5. Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing clear articulation to align on creative decisions.

6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and improvement in creative assets.

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer preferably in a product organisation
• A relevant portfolio with detailed illustrations, social posts and other graphic design work

This is an on-site role in Bangalore. We have a hybrid work structure. In a week, we work from home for 2 days and 3 from the office.
